Registration and Formation
Oyathekhua, Aguye & Co. (Chartered Accountants), is an Auditing firm registered by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) precisely 11th July, 2017.
The registration of the Firm, is the bringing together of Alexander Oyathekhua & Co and Aguye Clifford & Co Auditing Firms (Chartered Accountants) owned by Alexander Oyathekhua Musa and Aguye Clifford respectively. Both Firms are registered by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in the years 2010 and 2016 respectively.
Professional Qualifications
Both Partners are members of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) who qualified as Chartered Accountants 2005 and 2009 with the Institute (ICAN).
The partners are members of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
