The Partners (Alexander O. Musa and Aguye Clifford) had their practice experiences from Granthon Nigeria and Ezekiel Udoh & Co and exalted to the positions of Assistant Audit Manager and Audit Manager respectively. During the course of the period of gathering experiences, the partners had experiences in extractive, manufacturing, distribution and marketing industries both private and public sectors.
The partners also have experiences from the different mandatory training organizes by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and other training, seminars and workshops organizes by private individuals and organizations and public sector.
And before the coming together of the partners, both have reasonable number of clients from different industries of the economy be it private and public sectors.
The purpose of coming together of the partners is for the goal of synergy and continuity of the Firm into unforeseen future and for the need of client(s) being met within the shortest period of time and at moderate consideration.The registration of the Firm, is the bringing together of Alexander Oyathekhua & Co and Aguye Clifford & Co (Chartered Accountants) owned by Alexander Oyathekhua Musa and Aguye Clifford respectively. Both Firms are registered by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in the years 2010 and 2016 respectively.
