Audit
Is an inspection of the accounting procedures and records by trained accountant or to examine carefully for accuracy with the intent of verification.
We voucher client records and look at the accounting procedures and processes used during daily activities of the organization in order for us to express opinion on either monthly or annual financial statements based on established or approved accounting standards.
During the course of the audit, where there are weaknesses in the internal control, fraud, omission and misstatement are seen and reported to those concern in the management of the organization.
Accounting
Is the process or procedure follow by the Company or organization for the recording and documentation of her daily transactions in order to ascertain or know the extent of the company’s activities in attaining her goal and to form an opinion on the Company’s report. Or a record or narrative description of past events.
It is the responsibility of the organisation’s management to put in place an accounting system of the organization and ensure strong internal system in order to mitigate against fraud, omission, misstatement.
We ensure base on the company’s or organization’s industry and her operation(s), the right or proper books of account and procedure that should be in place and operated by the right person with the require technical know- how.
Taxation
Individuals and Corporate organsations are expected to pay levy (Tax) to government authorities (Local, State and Federal) on annual basis. Nonpayment or late payment will attract penalty and interest.
We ensure effective management of taxes (Local government- levies, rates, state- personal income tax, withholding tax & rates and Federal -Company income tax, Education tax etc.) and remittances of same on behalf of our client(s) promptly.
Corporate Affairs Matters
Organization or Company and individual must be registered to have formal recognition and to do any legitimate business and to have formal identity (Tax identification Number-TIN). It is the responsibility of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to register individuals and organisations
The registration of Business name, Non-governmental organization, association, church and Company and remittance of annual returns on behalf of clients at stipulated time is one of our goals
